Tracy Sprolden was a four-year letterwinner, having starred at Valdosta State from 1998 through 2001. She scored 1,901 career points, an average of 17.8 per game over her 107 game career. Sprolden owns the school record for best rebounding average in a single season at 14.7 per game in 1999-2000, in blocked shots in a season, with 112 in 1999-2000, and blocked shots per game in a single season, at 4.3 in 1999-2000. All three of those numbers led the nation during her sophomore season. Sprolden also owns the school record for most career blocked shots and best rebound average while holding single game records for most rebounds and most blocked shots. Sprolden was named All-America as a freshman, sophomore and senior and was named the Gulf South Conference’s Player-of-the-Year as a senior in 2001.
