One of the greatest Lady Blazer tennis players of the last decade, Annika starred for the VSU from 2003 through 2006. She held down one of the top spots in both singles and doubles in all four years she donned the Red and Black and was an All-American as a junior in 2005 while leading VSU to the national semifinals as well as the Gulf South Conference championship. Annika compiled a 19-2 doubles mark on that season as well as a 17-1 singles record. On her career, she compiled a 62-26 doubles record and a 53-20 mark in singles action and is one of only 11 players in the history of the GSC to be named first team All-Conference all four year of their career.
