VALDOSTA, Ga. – The first
Tremaine Jackson Show is now posted online after No. 2 Valdosta State battled from a halftime deficit for a 36-21 victory over No. 7 Keiser University out of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Thursday evening at Bazemore-Hyder Stadium.

The show features highlights, interviews and commentary of the previous game and is produced by Jamie Abbott of Crash&Annie Productions out of Tallahassee, Fla. Each week Blazer commentators Dave Garner, for home games, and Spencer Van Horn, for road games, will interview select players and Coach Jackson as they provide insight to each game and look forward to the next week.

Davie Henderson, who caught two passes for 38 yards and a touchdown in the Blazers' victory. Redshirt freshman linebacker
Akil Lampley had a masterful first game in a Blazer uniform as he recorded a team-high ten total tackles with five solo stops and assisted on a tackle for loss, along with one quarterback hurry. Sophomore kicker
Estin Thiele tied the Gulf South Conference record and VSU record for field goals made in a game, going a perfect 5 for 5, including a long of 45 yards.
Jackson and the Blazers continue at home on Sat., Sept. 10 at 5 p.m., versus Virginia Union at Bazemore-Hyder Stadium.
