VALDOSTA, Ga. - The No. 9 ranked Valdosta State Blazers will host the first round of the Truist GSC Tournament on Tuesday, Mar. 4 at 6:30 p.m. versus the #7-Seed Union Bulldogs.

Despite one regular season game remaining, the league office announced that the most of the conference tournament seeds have been set. The following seeds have been set:

#1 - Alabama Huntsville
#2 - Valdosta State
#5 - Delta State
#6 - West Alabama
#7 - Union
#8 - Lee

The three and four seed can still be swapped as Montevallo is currently at third with Trevecca Nazarene being fourth pending tomorrow's results.

The Blazers swept the Bulldogs in two games this season with game one being in Valdosta as VSU won 102-79 on Jan. 9 before winning game two in Jackson, Tenn. by a final of 106-100 on Feb. 22.

Following Tuesday's game at the campus sites, the advancing teams will travel to Birmingham, Ala. to play the semi finals on Saturday, Mar. 8 with the championship set for Sunday, Mar. 9.
