VALDOSTA, Ga. – The Valdosta State men's basketball team rose back to No. 6 in the weekly NABC rankings. VSU jumped up one spot from No. 7 last week. The Blazers were ranked No. 6 two weeks ago but dropped to seven after losing to No. 4 Alabama Huntsville in overtime.
 
The top four spots continue to hold steady as Washburn, Daemen, Nova Southeastern, and Alabama Huntsville lock up the top four. After being ranked No. 5 last week Missouri S&T dropped to the nine spot as DBU filled the top five. Valdosta State is in at six followed by Lincoln Memorial, Colorado School of Mines, Missouri S&T, and West Liberty top off the top ten. To view the full rankings, click here.
 
This is the 113^th week VSU has been ranked as they have been ranked in seven straight weeks in 2024-25. The Blazers are no strangers to the top ten, as they have been ranked in the top ten for 45 weeks in the history of the NABC poll.
 
Coming off a weekend sweep in the Volunteer State, Valdosta State is back at The Complex for a matchup with Delta State on Thursday, Feb. 13 at 8 p.m. followed by Mississippi College on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 4 p.m. before they hit the road one last time.
