VALDOSTA, Ga. – Due to an evacuation order for Palm Beach Atlantic University, the Gulf South Conference/Sunshine State Conference Region Challenge has been moved to Valdosta.  The Lady Blazer women's basketball team will host No. 11 Eckerd College Friday, Nov. 11 at 6 p.m., at The Complex.
 
VSU originally was supposed to play both Eckerd and Palm Beach Atlantic in West Palm Beach, Fla., but due to the evacuations in advance of the impending storm, the event was cancelled at PBA for this weekend. Eckerd then will play a neutral site game against West Florida on Saturday, Nov. 12 at 4 p.m., also in The Complex.  The game between UWF and Eckerd is free of charge.
 
Since Friday's game was not originally a scheduled as a home game, season ticket holders will be admitted free of charge and may sit in their seats.  For non-season ticket holders, adult general admission tickets are $7 and general admission youth/senior tickets are $3.  Doors will open Friday evening at 5 p.m.
