THE LEAD: The Valdosta State Blazers volleyball team struggled against West Florida on Tuesday afternoon. The Blazers fell to the Argos, three sets to none, as the VSU only had a .046 hitting percentage.

First Set:
- West Florida tallied 15 kills, as the Argos took an early lead.
- VSU had a .171 hitting percentage in the first set, with nine kills.
- The Argos used multiple runs to over come a late rally from the Blazers.
Second Set:
- VSU struggled again with a hitting percentage of .091.
- The blazers once again tallied nine kills.
- West Florida held off another late rally from VSU , to take the second set.

Third Set:
- West Florida jumped out to a quick 6-0 lead.
- VSU battled back, using a 5-4 run to close the deficit to 10-5.
- The Argos used an 8-5 run, to take a 18-10 lead.
- After a late rally from the Blazers, West Florida used ten kills to take the set and the match.

Inside the Numbers:
- VSU committed 19 errors, with ten in the third set.
- The Blazers finished with 19 kills and a .046 hitting percentage
- Freshman Katie Demo tallied a double-double with 13 assists and 13 digs.
- Senior Dariah Powell totaled seven kills and one block.
