Valdosta Athletics

Jamarrie Whitt joined the Valdosta State Athletic Department on Aug. 4, 2025, as a first year graduate assistant for athletic communications while earning his master's in business administration.

Originally from West Orange, New Jersey, Whitt grew up in Monroe, Georgia. Prior to becoming a graduate assistant, Whitt attended Valdosta State University where he obtained his bachelor's degree in Mass Media.  

During his time at VSU, Jamarrie worked in the Athletic Department for a year while also working at the VSU Recreation Department for three and a half years.
