Biography

PRIOR TO VALDOSTA STATE: Townsend was EFSC’s third leading scorer starting all 29 games for the Titans.  She scored 12 points per game while shooting 48.9% from the floor.  She also grabbed the team’s 2nd highest rebounds with an average of 8 per game earning her 1st Team All-Southern Conference. Townsend graduated from Cape Coral High School in Cape Coral, Fla., where she helped lead her team to the FHSAA Class 5A Elite Eight and a 24-6 overall record while averaging 14.1 points, 8.2 rebounds and 2.5 steals per game.
