Biography

IN 2014 (JUNIOR): Played in and started as an outfielder in each of the 63 games played in 2014... Finished among the team's top four hitters with a .318 batting average, seven round trippers, 49 RBI's, eight doubles and two triples... Became a pivotal force during the 2014 postseason with several key hits when she hit a home run in the GSC Championship game vs. UAH, roped a triple and scored the walk-off run in the final inning of the South 2 Regional to give the Blazers a 2-1 win over Tampa, and connected for a game-winning three run blast in the opening game of the NCAA Division II National Tournament to cap off an eight-inning comeback over Wayne State... Named GSC All-Academic with a 4.0 GPA as a Chemistry major... Delivered three assists and committed just one error in 60 chances to finish the season with a .983 fielding percentage... Slammed against the wall to make the catch in right field to stop a UAH rally and secure the final out of the GSC Championship... Scored 38 runs on the year and claimed 90 total bases... Led the team in stolen bases with 17...

IN 2013 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in and started 58 of the team's 59 contests on the season... Put up a .310 batting average on the year with 42 runs scored, nine doubles, one triple, and six home runs... Went a perfect 16-for-16 in stolen bases on the season to lead the team... Among team leaders in walks with 22... Tallied 78 total bases and 32 RBI's... Hit safely in 39 of the 58 games she appeared in... Tallied 10 multi-hit games on the year... Picked up three RBI's in one game against West Georgia on March 16 to help lift the Blazers to a 16-1 conference win... Named to the GSC All-Academic team as a Chemistry major with a 4.0...

IN 2012 (FRESHMAN): Served as a pinch runner throughout the majority of the 2012 National Championship season for the Blazers... Stole four bases in six attempts and scored 31 runs... Connected for seven hits in 27 at bats, one of which was a home run... Finished the season with a .259 batting average... Made the 2014 GSC Honor Roll...
