AS A FRESHMAN IN 2013: Played in 10 games, including starts at Delta State November 2 and at Texas A&M-Kingsville November 16 ... Completed 94-of-148 passes, or 63.5 percent of his chances ... Threw for 967 yards and 12 touchdowns ... Passed for six scores and 351 yards while completing 31-of-51 yards in the DSU game ... Also ran 35 times for 39 yards and a score on the season ... Was 19-of-21 for 238 yards and four touchdowns at West Georgia October 19 ... Only played in the second half of the game against Wolves and led the Blazers back from a 17-0 deficit to a 35-30 victory ... Was 25-of-42 for 228 yards and a score while also rushing for a touchdown against TAMK.
