VALDOSTA, Ga. – Valdosta State University is thrilled to announce its participation in the 2025 Week Zero Labor Day Classic, presented by Ultimate Fan (TUF Inc.), taking place August 28-30, 2025, at historic Legion Field in Birmingham, Ala.  This year's Classic is set to be The Ultimate Fan Kickoff to the college football season—a festival of sports, food, fandemonium and community that you won't want to miss!

The defending national runner-up Blazers begin the 2025 slate under first-year head coach Graham Craig battling Clark Atlanta as part of the 2025 Week Zero Labor Day Classic on Saturday, August 30 at 1:15 p.m. ET.  Following the VSU game, Fort Valley State will battle West Alabama to conclude the doubleheader between the Gulf South Conference and the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Association.
