VALDOSTA, Ga. – Three second half goals by Valdosta State lifted the Blazer women's soccer team to a 3-1 victory over visiting Mississippi College Sunday afternoon on Senior Day. Blazer junior
Taylor Youmans finished with two goals in the match and had the game winner.
The Blazers had 11 shots and five on target for the match, while MC finished with ten shots and six on goal. For Senior Day, there was a large contingent of family and friends in attendance and a season-high 236 fans, which is the most for a home match since Sept. 29, 2023, versus Christian Brothers. Prior to the match Sunday, VSU honored the five seniors on their final regular season match in a Blazer uniform as the 2025 senior class included in alphabetical order;
