VALDOSTA, Ga. – The Tremaine Jackson Coaches' Show will begin Thursday, Aug. 29, at 7 p.m. at Big Nick's in Valdosta.  Big Nick's recently has moved across the street from its old location to 1201 Baytree Road next to the Dollar General in Remerton.

This week's hour-long show will be hosted by Big Nick and Kit Strief and will be broadcast on Talk 92.1 WDDQ FM and online at Talk921.com.

This week, Jackson will speak about the upcoming season-opener on Saturday, Aug. 31 at 7 p.m., at Bazemore-Hyder Stadium versus rival Albany State. Jackson will also take questions from the crowd and there will be raffle prizes for those in attendance.  

The Blazers look to get off to a hot start at home, hosting their first home August matchup since 2008 against in-state rival Albany State. VSU enters the season ranked seventh in the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Division II Top 25 preseason poll, which was released a few weeks ago.

The Tremaine Jackson Coaches' Show will every Thursday at 7 p.m. at Big Nick's during the 2024 football season and all Blazer fans are encouraged to attend.
