The Blazers (7-6, 5-4 GSC) posted three goals in the first half and added one in the fourth as senior
Ashley Lewis opened the scoring just 5:12 into the contest as she took a pass from freshman
Amber Saunders for a shot in front of the goal and the game winner.

Taylor Snell gave VSU a 2-0 lead with a night shot from outside the box to the upper corner and Tennant then scored her seventh goal of the season, tying Lewis for the most on the team, in the 39
th minute firing a shot back on a rebounded shot.
In the second half sophomore
Kyleigh Reedy scored off an assist from Tennant in the 68
th minute for the 4-0 lead.
For the game, VSU had 23 shots with 17 on frame as Snell had a team-high five shots and three on frame with a goal. Tennant had four shots and three on goal with a score and an assist. Junior goalkeeper
Caroline Embler had three saves for the match for a clean sheet, her fourth shutout of the season.
The Blazers continue on the road at Christian Brothers and Union Nov. 1-3, before returning home to complete the regular season Nov. 7-9 against Lee and Shorter, respectively.
