Angie Colbert began her career at Valdosta State University in 1996, beginning a journey that has spanned more than three decades and made her a familiar and valued member of the Blazer family.
Angie began her career in the VSU Student Health Center in 1996, where she served for 17 years. In 2013, she made the move to Valdosta State FOOTBALL, beginning a new chapter of her career and becoming an integral part of the football program.
Since joining VSU FOOTBALL, Angie has had the privilege of working alongside five head football coaches: David Dean, Kerwin Bell, Gary Goff, Tremaine Jackson, and current head coach Graham Craig. Through each coaching transition, Angie has remained a constant presence within the program, providing support and helping with the many day-to-day responsibilities that keep VSU FOOTBALL moving forward.
Her years with the Blazers have given her the opportunity to build lasting relationships with coaches, student-athletes, staff, alumni, and the many people who make Valdosta State FOOTBALL special. For Angie, working with the football program is more than a job—it is being part of a family and contributing to a tradition that means so much to the university and the Valdosta community.
After more than 30 years at Valdosta State University, Angie is proud of the role she has played in the Blazer family and grateful for the opportunity to continue serving VSU FOOTBALL.
