Nicole Kucza serves as the Executive Assistant to the Director of Athletics at Valdosta State University. She originally joined the Blazer staff in 2022 as an Athletic Administration Graduate Assistant before moving into her current full-time role.

A native of Minnesota, Nicole has built a career grounded in athletics, student development, and service. She earned her A.A. from Mesabi Range College, where she was a three-sport athlete, competing in basketball, volleyball, and softball. She continued her academic journey with studies in Sports Management, Business, and Administration at Presentation College, Waldorf University, and the University of Wisconsin–Superior, ultimately completing her degree at Crown College.

Before arriving at Valdosta State, Nicole spent four years at Southwestern Community College (Iowa), serving as both an Assistant Coach and Residence Hall Coordinator. In these roles, she supported student-athlete development, managed residential life operations, and contributed to the overall success of the athletic department.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Nicole is an annual passholder at Disney World, enjoys trying new foods, and loves spending time with her family, including her five nephews - Emerson, Carson, Easton, Beau, and Wyatt.
