Fields is in her 17th season as the head of the Valdosta State Red Hots Dance Team. Over the course of her 17 year career, she has built the Red Hots as one of the most prestigious dance teams in the country, winning 8 NDA National Championship titles as well as the NDA Innovative Choreography Award. Fields received a BFA in Theater with a Dance Emphasis from VSU. Along with cheer coach Desiree Hagan, Fields helps run Winnersville Elite Cheer and Dance where she is the current Dance Program Director. Fields is married to husband, Jeremy, and they have two dogs: Lucy and Mellow.
