Jayme Prandine is a Graduate Assistant with the Valdosta State softball program while working on a Master of Education in Communication Disorders at Valdosta State University. A Florida native, Prandine earned her Bachelor of Science in Education in Communication Disorders from Valdosta State in 2026. She graduated magna cum laude and appeared on the Dean’s List seven times.
As a former student-athlete at Valdosta State, Prandine was the softball representative on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee from 2022 to 2026. She provided input on policies, rules, and the overall student-athlete experience. During her time as a Blazer, she received the Student-Athlete Academic Award, two Character Awards, and earned four selections to the Gulf South Conference Honor Roll.
Beyond her work with the softball program, Prandine has actively volunteered in her community. Her experiences include working with Special Olympics, the Boys and Girls Club, Girls on the Run, and Memorial Health Children’s Hospital of Savannah. These activities have helped her connect with people from various backgrounds and improve her leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Prandine wants to become a speech-language pathologist and is dedicated to helping individuals with different communication needs. She applies that same commitment to service, leadership, and student-athlete growth in her role with the Valdosta State softball program.
