Chase Kerlin is currently a graduate assistant coach on the Valdosta State football team and was a graduate of Lowndes High School in 2022. During his time at the school he played football and acted as a student athletic trainer for three seasons.
Kerlin went on to study at Valdosta State, obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in the autumn of 2025, together with minors in Coaching, Communication and Physical Education. While at VSU he served as a volunteer equipment manager and offensive assistant for four years and helped to produce three conference championship teams.
Kerlin is now acting as a graduate assistant coach with the football team at Valdosta State while studying for a master's degree in Communication.
