Ansley DeCenzo

Ansley DeCenzo is a graduate student in the Master of Arts in Communication program at Valdosta State University, where she also serves as an Athletic Administration Graduate Assistant. A Newnan, Georgia native, she spent four years on the VSU Women's Soccer team before earning her Bachelor of Arts in Communication, with a focus in Public Relations and a minor in Sports Journalism.

Since graduating, Ansley has built a career at the intersection of sports and media. She currently writes, conducts interviews, and produces content for the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp, the Triple-A affiliate of the Miami Marlins; works as a Video Content & Editing Intern with Tallo; and is also the founder and president of the Wellness Society at VSU and a Development Intern with the Greater Valdosta United Way. With nearly five years in the Valdosta community, Ansley continues working toward a full-time career as a sideline reporter, blending her athletic background with her passion for storytelling.
