Findlay Cook begins his first season as the Graduate Assistant for the Valdosta State women's soccer program after joining the Blazers in the summer of 2026. He previously worked within the Valdosta State Athletics Department during the 2025-26 academic year before transitioning into the soccer program.
A native of Strathaven, Scotland, Cook developed his game with Motherwell Football Club, where he competed from 2015-21. Following his playing career in Scotland, he moved to the United States in August 2021 to continue both his education and collegiate soccer career.
Cook spent two seasons at McKendree University before transferring to Thomas University in 2023. He was a member of the men's soccer team at both institutions and graduated from Thomas University in 2025.
As Valdosta State's Graduate Assistant, Cook assists with the day-to-day operations of the women's soccer program, including player development, training sessions, recruiting, and other administrative responsibilities, while pursuing graduate studies at Valdosta State University.
