2026 Women's Cross Country Roster
Biography
A 2026 sophomore from Waycross, Ga., and a graduate of Ware County High School, majoring in Exercise Physiology at Valdosta State. She earned the 2025 VSU Most Valuable Team Award after an outstanding freshman campaign. During the 2025 cross country season, she broke the 20-minute barrier in the 5K with a personal-best 19:59.95, recorded a 23:39.6 personal best in the 6K, recorded a time of 2:32.07 in the 800 meters and 5:04.73 in the 1,500 meters, improving upon her high school bests in the 800 meters, 1,600 meters, and 3,200 meters.
