2026 Women's Cross Country Roster
Biography
A 2026 junior from Valdosta, Ga., and a graduate of Valwood School, majoring in Health Sciences at Valdosta State. She has excelled both on the course and in the classroom, earning VSU Dean's List and Gulf South Conference Honor Roll recognition in Fall 2024. She was also honored with the VSU SAAC Cross Country Character Award in 2024 and the 2025 Blazer Award. During her freshman season, she set Valdosta State freshman records in the 800 meters (2:21.95) and 1,500 meters (4:58.23) in 2025. She also recorded personal-best cross country times of 20:50.3 in the 5K and 24:32.8 in the 6K during the 2025 season.
