Valdosta Athletics

A 2026 sophomore from Valdosta, Ga., and a graduate of Lowndes High School, majoring in Psychology at Valdosta State. She earned the 2025 VSU Most Improved Team Award after making significant strides during her freshman season. In cross country, she posted personal-best times of 22:24.3 in the 5K and 27:54.7 in the 6K during the 2025 campaign. She also recorded collegiate personal bests of 2:42.58 in the 800 meters and 6:00.40 in the 1,500 meters during the 2025 season, improving on her high school personal records in the 800 meters, 1,600 meters, 3,200 meters, and 5K cross country.
