Giovanny Alfonzo is a current Graduate Assistant for the Valdosta State Baseball Team as an Infield Coach. Giovanny is from Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Giovanny attended Florida State University and the University of Tampa for his undergraduate degree as a student-athlete. Since graduating, Giovanny was drafted by the Miami Marlins in 2015 and played professionally until 2022.
