Student-Athlete Information Sheets are now web-based and can be found by accessing your MyVSU account at www.valdosta.edu.
Drug Testing Policy
This document explains the Valdosta State Drug Testing Policy. By signing this form, you are consenting to participate in the Valdosta State University Drug Testing program, a requirement to participate in VSU Athletic programs. This document contains the Valdosta State University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics Acohol, Substance Abuse and Drug Screening/Testing Policies and Procedures. You will need to complete the last page of this document and bring it to your physical.
Tryout Waiver
This form must be completed and brought with you if chose to participate in an open tryout for intercollegiate varsity team at Valdosta State University.
This form is only required for those who are taking part in an open tryout.
CARA
The bylaw is 17.02.01. It specifically excludes “administrative activities” (e.g. academic meetings, compliance meetings, etc.)
