VALDOSTA, Ga. - Valdosta State (1-1-1, 0-0 GSC) opens conference play this weekend on Saturday, Sept. 12th at the Soccer Complex.  
 
The Blazers are coming off a 2-2 draw against Georgia Southwestern.  
 
Sarah Hudson leads the team in points with two goals and an assist. Kyndal Smith has two goals for the season. Kayleigh Kearns, Anna Dandeneau, and Ameliah Dixon each have contributed a score so far.
 
In goal Adrienne Cardona-Colon logged all 270 minutes on the season with 13 saves and a 1-1-1 record.  
 
The Blazers are 10-2-2 all time against the Lady Statesmen. Their last meeting came on Oct. 31st, where VSU fell in a 2-1 loss at home.
