8/30/2021 3:33:00 PM

VALDOSTA, Ga. – Valdosta State Athletic Director Herb Reinhard announced that VSU Athletics plans to have "courtesy socially distanced" sections at Bazemore-Hyder Stadium for football, The Complex for volleyball, and the VSU Athletic Fieldhouse for soccer.

For Blazer football games this season, sections L and M on the North Stands will be the "courtesy socially distanced" sections. These sections will be on a first-come-first-serve basis with approximately 900 seats with a two-seat distance between a pair of seats.  Note, this social distance section may change on a game-by-game basis.  The Northeast gate will be open for access for the "Social Distancing" section but will NOT be a gate to purchase tickets.

For Blazer Volleyball games in The Complex this season, sections A through E and FF through JJ will be the "courtesy socially distance" sections. These sections are located on the mezzanine level of the complex.  Stairwells are in all four corners of the arena.  The "courtesy socially distance" sections are subject to change.

At the VSU Athletic Fieldhouse for women's soccer matches, the "courtesy socially distanced" area is located down the southeast sideline.  Fans interested in using this section should bring their own lawn chairs.
