Donielle White

Donielle White, a former NCAA Division I defender for Xavier, will enter the 2015 season for her second year as a graduate assistant coach for the Valdosta State soccer program. White is also a graduate of Xavier, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in Education and was twice named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll.

With collegiate playing experience and time served as a coach for club teams and at the high school level, White helped lead the Blazers to their first ever Gulf South Conference soccer championship last season.

A driven approach to coaching and a strong knowledge of the game have made a White a tremendous asset to Head Coach Rebecca Nolin, who was eager to speak on the value of White's contributions.

"Donelle's experience at the Division I level has helped our defense tremendously," exclaimed Nolin. She is a very motivated individual, who demands the best from our defenders at all times. I'm very pleased to have her back for a second year. The experience she gained in her first year will allow her to grow as a coach at the next level."

White's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruiting, coaching the back line, making travel plans, video breakdown and scouting reports.
