After arriving in San Francisco, we traveled south to the Monterey Pennisula. Home to some of the greatest golf courses, the guys really enjoyed the beauty of 17 Mile Drive. The drive presents many awesome views of the Pacific Ocean. It also home to one of the most photographed natural wonders, the Lone Cypress. At the end of the drive you find yourself at Pebble Beach. Many consider Pebble to be the home of American golf. Here we had lunch in the Tap Room, bought a few souveniers, and took many photographs. We wanted to play, but the$485 green fee kept us outside the gallery ropes. The pro shop laughed at us when we asked if they had a special college rate.
We then traveled to Livermore, CA to the tournament sight. The guys practiced for about two hours. Tomorrow we will play our practice round at 12:30 p.m.
