VSU Lady Blazer Walk-On Tryouts

The Lady Blazer basketball staff is extremely interested in those student-athletes who want to be a part of our "family" here at VSU and who are dedicated 100% both in the classroom and on the basketball court.

Walk-on tryouts will take place for VSU students only on Monday, October 12, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the P.E. Complex and on Wednesday, October 14, at the same time. Registration will begin promptly at 7 p.m. Click here for the questionnaire you must have filled out and click here for the waiver that must be completed. Both forms must be filled out and returned to the Lady Blazer basketball staff as soon as possible.

Special notes:
- If you are under 18 years of age, a parent/guardian must sign the Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement form. The form MUST be notarized and insurance information MUST be up-to-date and accurate.
- All tryout participants MUST have had an athletic physical administered within 6 months prior to the tryout and MUST bring a copy of their completed physical form to the tryout.
