New Season Ticket Sales Record Established

Single-game tickets now on sale

VALDOSTA, Ga. - For the second straight season, a new season ticket sales record has been established for Valdosta State football.

With a late push Wednesday, the VSU ticket office issued its 1,801st season ticket of the 2009 season. Of the 1,801 tickets, 862 are from individual ticket sales, breaking the old mark of 861 set last season. Prior to 2008, the record stood at 711.

Fans still wishing to purchase season tickets can still do so by calling the Blazer Ticket Office at 229-333-SEAT. Season tickets start at just $40 for youth and are available by mail, phone or walk-in.

Single-game tickets start at $4 for seniors and youth and just $10 for adults for general admission or $15 for reserved seating. Single-game tickets are available online, by phone or walk-in.
